I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a Juris Doctor Law Degree and have more than fifteen years’ experience as an engineer, land surveyor, attorney and real estate broker.

Exclusive Buyer Broker
As a licensed Real Estate Broker, I provide clients with full service representation as an Exclusive Real Estate Buyer Broker. I do not list homes or properties for sale, so I am able to provide completely unbiased representation to Real Estate Buyers.
The best part is that I get paid from a sales commission paid by the property seller to the Listing Broker. This can ensure that a Buyer gets all the technical and legal advice and review that a Buyer should have before buying a property and can save a Buyer thousands of dollars in fees normally paid by a Buyer.
